When working with complex systems using a standard electrician can often result in extended repair times or even additional damage. Our experienced control system technicians and engineers can travel to site to assist with the identification and repair of the fault.
24 Hour Service and SLA agreements
APCI provides 24 hour service to customers with negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLA) which include guaranteed action and resolution times. We realise that each customer has different requirements and will tailor an SLA to suit your needs.
We offer on site support as well as remote phone support to suit any situation. We can remotely monitor the health of systems and provide pro-active responses.
