24 Hour Service and SLA agreements
APCI provides 24 hour service to customers with negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLA) which include guaranteed action and resolution times. We realise that each customer has different requirements and will tailor an SLA to suit your needs.
We offer on site support as well as remote phone support to suit any situation. We can remotely monitor the health of systems and provide pro-active responses.

When you can’t wait for an expert to arrive on site, APCI can help you get up and running over the phone if the system has adequate remote support networking infrastructure. Most of our IT, SCADA and software systems can be remotely accessed and fixed without requiring an engineer to visit the site.
